Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. For Stripe customers, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no lock-in.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 14-day trial ends, your account is locked until you choose a paid plan. Your data is never deleted β€” it's waiting for you when you upgrade.

Do you support African payment methods?

Yes. Customers in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa are billed via Paystack in their local currency (GHS, NGN, KES, ZAR). All other countries are billed via Stripe in USD.

Is there an annual discount?

Annual billing isn't available yet, but it's on our roadmap. Contact us at support@relon.com if you'd like to discuss a multi-year arrangement.
